Terms of Use

OpenHomeVue — a product of RenaVue Technologies LLC Effective date: May 25, 2026 Last updated: May 25, 2026

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the OpenHomeVue mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by RenaVue Technologies LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

RenaVue Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates OpenHomeVue, a home-hunting companion application that helps home buyers curate property watch lists, plan tours, record visit notes, and collaborate with co-buyers and real estate agents.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or as a real estate professional, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You may sign up using Google, Apple sign-in, or email. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

• Buyer accounts — free, for home buyers and co-buyers. All buyer features are available at no cost with no paywalls.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

4. Buyer Features — Free

All features available to home buyers in the Service are provided free of charge. We do not charge buyers subscription fees or impose paywalls on buyer-facing functionality.

5. Your Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service — notes, photos, scores, comments, and other materials ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your collaborators.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5.3 Shared Content

Content you add to a shared watch list is visible to co-buyers connected to that watch list. You are responsible for managing your collaborators. Either party may disconnect at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to store or transmit material that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or billing

7. Third-Party Services and Listing Data

The Service allows you to import property listing data from third-party sites (Redfin, MLSListings, and others). This data is subject to those platforms' terms of use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of imported listing data complies with applicable terms. OpenHomeVue does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing data retrieved from third-party sources.

8. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, OpenHomeVue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. No other rights are granted.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and other materials comprising the Service (excluding Your Content) are owned by or licensed to OpenHomeVue. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its components without our prior written consent.

In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, OpenHomeVue — not Apple — is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at openhomevue.com/privacy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OpenHomeVue does not:

• Provide real estate advice, legal advice, or investment recommendations
• Guarantee the accuracy of property data retrieved from third-party listing sources
• Guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• Endorse any real estate agent, property, or listing displayed in the Service

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPENHOMEVUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpenHomeVue and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property or data security matters.

Class action waiver: You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

15. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• Acknowledgement: These Terms are between you and OpenHomeVue only, not Apple, Inc. OpenHomeVue, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content.
• Maintenance and Support: OpenHomeVue is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the Service.
• Warranty: In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
• Product Claims: OpenHomeVue, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims arising from your use of the Service, including product liability claims, claims that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property: OpenHomeVue, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim related to the Service.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-Party Terms: You must comply with applicable third-party terms of service when using the Service.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via in-app notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
